Monarch Corporation Appoints New President and Executive Vice President

Monarch recently announced that Brad Carr has been promoted to President of the Monarch Corporation. Monarch is the Canadian homebuilding arm of the U.S. based homebuilding corporation Taylor Morrison. While Carr takes on his new role as President, David George will be promoted to Executive Vice President.
Carr, who previously served as Senior Vice President of the company’s single-family division since 2004, takes over the role from Brian Johnston. Carr’s leadership lead to the dramatic growth in the company’s single-family division. The division led all North American division sales in 2010 and 2011.

Senior Vice President Emilio Tesolin, who adds a wealth of experience, will continue to run our high-rise developments.”
Senior Vice President and General Counsel David George, will take over the roles of executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary effective immediately.
