Rate of home price appreciation stabilizes after post-recession recovery

OEB decision regarding smart sub-metering in new condominium developments in Ontario

On January 27, 2010 the Ontario Energy Board (OEB) released its decision concerning Toronto Hydro’s challenge of an earlier OEB compliance ruling on Toronto Hydro’s practice of refusing to connect new condominium buildings in Toronto with a single (Bulk) meter, thereby effectively stopping new condominium developments from contracting with Licensed Smart Sub-metering companies for the provision of suite sub-metering, billing and collection services.
