The just-launched LiveHigh.com website provides free access to a growing collection of more than 1,000 profiles of completed condos and over 100 new and yet-to-be-released condo projects in the Greater Toronto Area. A gallery of more than 10,000 photos captures the essence of the property, allowing users to explore condos via an interactive platform to help locate nearby condos and related amenities.

Condo boards and owners are encouraged to contact the privately-held Canadian company to arrange a more comprehensive photo shoot. Images of common and amenity areas are currently sought by the company. Also, by providing current information and sending the company updates as changes occur, for example to amenities or maintenance fees, condo boards can help to ensure that their building’s profile is always accurate.

The company is asking condo boards to encourage residents, owners and real estate agents to visit and make use of their respective condo page by adding comments and treating this space as their online community. Boards can also monitor the comments placed on their respective page.

Featuring in-depth profiles for almost every condo apartment and loft in the GTA dating back to 1970, LiveHigh was created to empower buyers, sellers, investors and renters to make better decisions about their homes and investments.
