Solid Third Quarter for Condo Market
Urbanation recently released figures for the Q3-2011 condo market, highlighting yet another record breaking quarter. Urbanation predicts the condo market in the Toronto Census Market Area will break the 2007 sales record by the end of the year.

Build Toronto and Tridel Announce ‘City-Building’ Partnership
Build Toronto and Tridel have recently announced plans to partner together for the development of a new condo building at 10 York Street. The 75-storey, $295 million tower is located in Toronto’s Harbourfront neighbourhood, near Lake Ontario.

High-Rise Market Remains Strong
The Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD) recorded another strong month in October, with 2,928 high-rise sales, making it the second-best October on record.

Centennial College Proposes Condo Development
Centennial College has established a proposal for a low-rise condominium development in order to underwrite the cost of a restoration project on the historic Bickford Residence, in the Scarborough area. The residence is currently in disrepair and needs an overhaul and complete restoration.
