Toronto condo market continues to rebalance  
Urbanation Inc., the leading source of information and analysis on the Toronto condominium market since 1981, recently released its market results for the first quarter of 2013. A total of 2,728 new condominium apartments were sold in the first quarter, down by 29 percent from the final quarter of 2012.
